| This is CFASF's proprietary exam - You cannot get this exam anywhere else!
The purpose of our CFA Practice Exam is to help prepare candidates by administering a challenging practice exam based on the 2010 Learning Outcome Statements® in the Body of Knowledge®. Our exam is made up of brand new questions, specifically created for this exam. Questions on the exams were prepared by the instructors in our multi-week CFA Review Program to reflect what they consider the important areas of the CFA Institute Curriculum.
* PLEASE NOTE: It is impossible to cover ALL the study sessions in a single session at Level II as each 3 hour exam consists of 10 Item Set questions. The structure of the CFASF Level II Practice Exam Session tries to be representative of what you can expect of a 3-hour session. It is not exhaustive in its coverage of the Level II Study sessions. You will receive a file with additional questions by email that attempts to broaden the topic coverage to provide you with practice questions in a variety of areas not covered in the full 3-hour practice exam . (FYI - You will recieve 2 question files by email - The full 3-hour exam and a file with additional questions. |

| This is a self-graded exam, which means you will be given the answers (with explanations, where appropriate) as well as the exam for you to work on at home. The exam will not be released until after the CFASF Practice Exam is given on May 8, 2010. |
